Together, you’ll explore our carefully curated collection of gowns, while your consultant guides you through the process and assists you into each dress. From the first gown to the moment, you find the one, we’re here to make your experience feel effortless, special, and unforgettable.
Yes. Because we offer an intimate, personalized shopping experience, Magnolia Bridal Boutique is by appointment only. This allows our stylists to dedicate their full attention to you, thoughtfully prepare for your visit, and create a relaxed, private experience where you can truly enjoy every moment of finding your dream dress
Yes. Because Magnolia Bridal Boutique is a small, intimate boutique, we reserve dedicated time and personalized attention for every bride. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $35 cancellation fee, and missed appointments or “no-shows” are subject to a $75 fee. Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee.

- Accessories Appointments are 1 hour
- VIP Appointments are $300
- Dress pick up appointments are 30 Min and there is no charge
Gowns start at $1200.00 and top off at $4000.00, with the average being between $2200.00. Please call for more detailed information.

All wedding gown sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns.
No, we do offer reputable suggestions
On average we like to have 3 months before the wedding and/or bridal photo shoots. This depends on the dress, the amount of work involved, and time of year. For the most accurate information please call to schedule a consultation.
Wedding gowns are made to be altered and taken apart. However every gown is different, please call for more detailed information.
We do offer a champagne toast and additional options for you to elevate your bridal experience.
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

Although we hate to see a bride cancel we do allow for cancelations. However, depending when there may be a fee.
Once you book your appointment, you’ll gain access to your personal bridal dashboard, where you can “heart” your favorite gowns. Our team will review your selections and have those dresses ready for you to try on when you arrive. If there is a specific gown you love that we do not currently have in the boutique, we may also be able to request it from the designer for your appointment for an additional fee. Please contact our team for availability and details.
You just go into your dashboard and schedule a returning bride appointment at no charge.
SHOPPING FOR MY GOWN
You will want to bring your shoes (height specific) to the appointment. We do require that you wear underwear. Bra is optional. Shapewear if you plan on wearing that the day of.
You can bring up to 4 people
Currently we do not allow for that however, if you know you only want one consultant we can try to arrange that.
Please talk to them to let them know what is wrong. We want to make sure that you are happy.

The best is to bring inspiration, mode board, Pinterest, anything that you are vibing with. We do, do a pre phone interview to get to know you better and also have a online interview questionnaire, where you can add your social’s so that we can get to know you better.
The sooner the better. Typically we ask that you start 12 months out for shopping and ordering 9 months. We can occasionally apply a rush for the shorter time frames
ACCESSORIES
The earlier the better. We do suggest looking 4 months to the wedding date. However, the more customization the more time may be needed.
Min. 3-4 months out. Again more time if you decide for a more custom look.
Yes, we ask if you can bring the gown or at least detailed photos.
RUSH ORDERS
No. We do offer Off the Rack options and sometimes we can rush orders.
It is anything that is 4 months or shorter to the wedding wear date. It is something that the designers require.

FITTINGS AND ALTERATIONS
We recommend reaching out to your seamstress 3-4 months before the wedding wear date.
Shoes that have the heal height you will wear the day of. Any undergarments that you plan on wearing.
That will depend on the seamstress and his/her recommendations.
PAYMENT AND FINANCING
We allow for Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Card
Yes, However, we do offer a layaway plan – just know the dress is not ordered until paid in full.

We will provide you with updates
All dresses arrive to our shop for inspection. If it is being shipped direct from the vendor, it will arrive in a box with the dress wrapped in protective wrap.
We make sure when you pick up your dress that you try it on and inspect the dress before leaving the store.
GOWN PRESERVATION
We have a fabulous preservation company that we work with.
We provide you with the box
When you are ready for preservation. The earlier the better.
Make sure that you remove any staining if not getting it preserved. Store in bag and in a dark dry area.
Your gown will be placed in a acid-neutral preservation chest with acid-free display window.
Yes, you can see it through a window.

TRUNK SHOWS
This is when we bring in dresses that we do not have in house from one of designers.
We will have a special trunk show appointment appointment selection leading up to and during the time of the trunk show.
